Responsibilities
Plan, design, execute product testing
Provide status updates on team progress as well as ongoing assessments of quality and risks of the product release.
Review and provide feedback on product requirements, technical specifications, and release schedule.
Design and implement automation strategies for automatic product qualification.
Provide technical advice and assistance to junior members of the team on automation strategies and coding options.
Review and provide advice on test case specifications, test plans, bug reports, and setup/configuration issues.
Support development technical leads, support engineers and professional service engineers with technical issues related to the product
Requirements
B.E. Computer Science or MCA
Knowledge of various testing techniques, approaches and best practices;
Extensive experience on test plan and test case authoring;
Experience designing and implementing automated system and unit level test scripts;
Good experience in Manual testing.
Experience programming on Java or other object oriented language. (Experience on JUnit, JTestcase, Selenium, Cactus is a plus);
Experience writing UI automated scripts (Quick Test Professional experience is a plus);
Must be a strong team player, detail oriented, self-motivated and perform well under pressure;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, debugging and analytical skills;
Solid experience on installation, configuration and debugging of n-tier enterprise applications;
Working knowledge on a variety of platforms including Mac and Windows;
Industry experience in SQL and Relational Database, working knowledge in at least one major RDBMS vendor (MSSQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL);
Working knowledge of internet/web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, XML, JSP, JavaScript
Experience using/configuring Web Servers (eg: Apache, IIS, Sun One), Application Servers (eg: BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, Red Hat JBoss);
Overall 2 to 10 yrs of experience
General cultural awareness, particularly for agents who are supporting customers in a region other than the one they are located in (e.g. ability to detect & understand different regional accents, general knowledge of what the capital of the country is, the main cities or regions etc. to avoid having to make spelling requests to customers).

Responsibilities
Desire to build secure, high quality, scalable web applications Design, develop and implement new innovative features on search marketing website
Work as a member of the technical team to refine the customer requirements into software design
Develop software modules using programming languages and relational databases
Unit test the software modules to ensure high-quality delivery of code to QA
Work with Quality Assurance to track down and fix bugs
Work with Release Engineers to help them understand the deployment of applications

Requirements
Experience with development of ColdFusion applications
Experience with development of Flash/Flex applications

Responsibilities
SAN and NAS storage administrator with extensive experience working on NetApp, Hitachi and Isilon.
Manage storage administration activities like storage allocation/ de-allocation / data-migration monitor and act upon the alerts for storage array
Capacity Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning and design as applicable
Recommend changes to procedures which result in operational optimization
Participate in root cause analysis reviews when applicable
Maintain all hardware systems supported and administered by the Server organization

Requirements
