Job description

Should have experience of working in US healthcare domain in AR.

Min of 3+ yrs experience in US Medical Billing ( Candidates with Other experience please ignore and do not apply )

Very good exposure in DATA and AR. Should have Immense knowledge in AR.

Should have good Verbal and Written communication skills

Good TEAM handling and CLIENT coordination experience.

Should have strong knowledge in end to end RCM.

Should be flexible to work in any shift

Candidates should have strong knowledge in Denial management.

Provides guidance and motivation to the team, encourages smooth daily operations.

Works patient/Insurance accounts receivable to determine which patients have an outstanding balance which can be collected.

Generates patient statements and sends to Client Relationship Coordinator for mailing.

Identifies adjustments/refunds on patient accounts and coordinates with Client Relationship Coordinator to notify patients /insurance and process adjustments.

Creates and updates payment plans for patients when necessary.

Consistently exhibits behaviour and communication skills that demonstrate Sai Systems core values and commitment to quality and customer service.

Must be available for special projects.

Total ownership and leadership responsibility for team development. Resource Planning based on Business volume forecasting. Continual improvement of process through regular interactions.

Must have experience of Eclinical works (eCW)
