Hiring for Relationship Executive

Qualifications - Graduate or PG

• Fresher/Experience
• Competency in English
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Fast learner and quick thinker
• Passionate about sales

Responsibilities for Relationship Executive

• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
• Exposure in Life Insurance, General Insurance
• Acquire clients by building a lead pipeline, liaising with Quotes team for competitive quotes, support negotiations with insurers, ensure timely premium payment and policy endorsements.
• Ensure smooth handover of client relationship and servicing needs to the retention team for renewals for next year.
• Research and analyze sales options.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
• Build and maintain professional networks.
• Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
• Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.

Package - 20,000 to 25,000 + Incentive

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
